Becoming A Resident

First and foremost, all adults (18 years and older) that apply to become Residents in Shiloh Village Estates need to complete an Authorization for Credit Report. The Authorization for Credit Report is used by Shiloh Village Estates to request a Credit Report. A non-refundable fee for credit reports needs to be paid at the time of application for occupancy. The current fee is $45.00 for each person's credit report.

Shiloh Village Estate Management has the right to approve or disapprove a Rental Application based on the credit reports. If the credit report(s) are acceptable to Shiloh Village Estates Management, a Rental Application needs to be completed and signed by each potential adult Resident. If the Rental Application is approved, each adult is required to sign the Rental Agreement. The title of the mobile needs to be in the name of the Resident(s) occupying the mobile in Shiloh Village Estates.

All paperwork, authorization for credit report, rental application and a check made out to Shiloh Village Estates Mobile Home Park for the credit report can be dropped off in our check slot box located at our office or mailed to 3808 Towhee Lane, Billings MT 59102.
